Preferred Lawn Maintenance Inc. has used T & L Tree Service for the past 23 years. They are an extremely reliable company that stands by their work. We have had an excellent working relationship. I trust them completely and I know that they do the best work. There is never a need to go and recheck anything I have contracted them to do.
When we need a bid done on a particular job, they bid the job and turn in a quote in just a couple of days. I never have to call back to request something.

Letter to the Better Business Bureau
I don't know how often you get letters praising companies for their good practices, but here's one. Several weeks ago, I hired a local landscaping company to remove some rotten railroad ties, dead shrubs and some limbs from a tree overhanging my property. The name of the company is T & L Tree Service.
To be environmentally safe, they had a separate truck for the disposal of the railroad ties. While removing the railroad ties, one of the members of the crew gave me some pointers on how to level some bricks that I'm planning to install to replace the railroad ties. While this was going on, another crew member brought in his truck to cut the tree limbs. When he put the levelers down that keep his truck from tilting, the levelers damaged some ornamental brick work that abuts my driveway. I didn't notice the damage right away.
When I did notice the damage, I called T & L. The gentleman who had written the contract for the work – Jim Moore – came out and assessed the damage. He didn't make any lame attempt to deny the cause of the damage. Instead, he asked me how I would like for it to be repaired. I told him and he said the work would be taken care of. And it has been. There was no necessity for me to call and remind them or ask when the work would be done. They took care of it. Promptly.
Needless to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the way T & L handled the situation. The next time I need any kind of landscaping work done, they'll be the first ones I'll call. And I'll certainly recommend them to any one I know who needs any landscaping work done.
